This Ministry was founded by "John and Kathleen Chadbourne" who had the vision to serve needy people and to offer shelter to those in crisis. Through their effort the Ministry Incorporated on October 23, 2005.
Through the assistance of many volunteers, supporters, fund raising events, and contributions from the community and various churches, the first year's donations totaled $17,000.00. This supported the purchase of Kitchen Equipment, legal fees, Health Dept. inspections and certifications, as well as Insurance cost, and allowed the Warm Blessing Soup Kitchen to open on July 17, 2006
